Parth Samthaan has been retained by the makers of Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya season 5 as the host. The new season will commence tonight at 7 pm. The theme for this season is called ‘Love Aas Paas' The season will showcase fresh love stories filled with drama, romance and friendship with a sub-topic – ‘Har gali hai sunati koi pyaar bhari kahaani'.

All the new love stories of the season will be taking inspiration from people's social lives and their neighbourhood. From the celebrations to the moments of sorrow – neighbours form an integral part of our lives and sometimes through this journey, love blossoms. This season will showcase stories revolved around all this. This season will have about 13 more episode and they will all be hosted by Parth Samthaan. Last season it was Parth and Smriti Kalra hosting the show together. We are not yet clear why but the makers dropped Smriti this season.

The show will continue to be aired every Friday at 7 pm. The show has been popular among the youth and this season will be no different. Every season celebs grace the show to promo their film and this time we'll see some new stars in the show. The first episode will feature Ashwini Koul of Warrior High fame and Gurneet Chadha.

In the recent episode of Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, we saw how Ishani (Radhika Madan) slaps Ritika (Smriti Khanna) for killing her mother Falguni. But when Ranveer (Shakti Arora) questions Ishani about it, she claims it was because Ritika was about to drink alcohol in her pregnancy stage.

But Ranveer still doubts that Ishani is faking her memory loss and hence he tries to get intimate with her. But she distracts him by setting the room on fire and RV immediately takes his wife and runs out of the room.

In the upcoming track, Ritika will start seeing Falguni's ghost everywhere she goes. She will also start getting calls from Falguni, which will start freaking her out. Actually it is Ishani, Shikhar (Arjun Bijlani) and her cousins getting together to teach Ritika a lesson. They'll try to spook her and make her confess her crimes.

But Ritika is also not that foolish. She will get hints that Ishani is behind all the ghosts she is witnessing. Will Ritika take revenge from Ishani for trying to fool her? What will Ishani do next to get Ritika to confess? Stay tuned to this space to find out what happens next.

So Gauahar Khan's sister Nigaar Khan is getting hitched this month. We heard that the Khan Sisters are already in Dubai shopping for the big day. Nigaar is getting married to a businessman from Dubai – Khayyam Sheikh. The wedding is scheduled to be on July 23, 2015. Congratulations are also in order for Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna as the couple has declared that they will get married next year; the couple is already engaged which they did on the show.

Grave Injuries

Kapil Sharma suffered a slip disc injury, which forced the doctors to put the comedian on bed rest. Mr Sharma shot for the last episode of Comedy Nights With Kapil with Salman Khan. Now the show will be taken over by Arshad Warsi and Sajid Khan. On the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded, Ashish Chowdhry's choreographer, Vrushali has a leg spasm and has hurt is gravely. Due to which the duo couldn't even perform their full act.

Legal Battles

Rithvik Dhanjani and Karan Patel are in trouble with the law for passing random comments on national heroes and India's Constitution in a random video footage. Nach Baliye 7 is finally coming to an end and the grand finale is going filled with performances. So here's what will happen today and tomorrow on NB 7. Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran will be on the show to promote their film Drishyam.

On Saturday (i.e. today) the opening act will feature Preity Zinta, Rithvik Dhanjani, Karan Patel and all the other stars. All the old contestants who were a part of the show will be called back on stage and each one will perform on a special number.

The finalists will give their last performance and two of them will be eliminated today. Rumour has it that Upen Patel, Karishma Tanna, Himmanshoo Malhotra and Amruta Khanvilkar have the most chances of winning the title.

The voting lines will close on Sunday evening 6pm and the votes will be tabulated by a third party. We will know the final winner tomorrow as the show comes to an end. Until then go and vote for your favourite couples, you may just make then win.

Another episode MTV Splitsvilla 8 has seen its end and there's way too much drama to look forward to in the upcoming one. Today' episode started with Rannvijay Singha declaring that all the boys were in the dumping zone but all the girls were safe. He told the boys that they would have a chance to go out on a date with the girls, but would have to pick a setting from the choices painted on the dart board. The list included dancing, message on the beach, water sports, walk on the beach and long drive. The boys had to aim at their preferences with a dart and nail it. While some boys got their choices, others were disappointed. Later, things got steamy between Sana- Utkarsh(Utta) and Karishma and Prince Narula. Gaurav and Mia on the other hand ended uo having an argument, YET again!

Then came the hour of the dreaded dumping ground where the girls were asked to choose their partners from the lot and the rest would be leaving the villa. Mia played her dirty cards and chose Viren instead of Gaurav! Karishma went ahead with Prince and Sana chose her Uttu. A twist in the tale was brought in when the host and hottest babe on the show- Sunny Leone declared that the Queen would be none of the female contestants but someone else!

Dance India Dance 5 has kick started with a bang and the contestants have already amazed us with their killer acts. The latest episode, saw its very first elimination where contestant Shweta Poojary bid adieu to the show. The dancer was India's first ever Krumper to have participated in DID and couldn't make a lasting impression with her act tonight. Shweta pulled off a locking and popping number on the song Jo Bhi Mein from Rockstar. The dancer was pit against Saddam Hussain who impressed the judges(Gaiti Siddiqui, Mudassar Khan, Punit J Pathak) with his Bajrang Bali performance. Kaushak Mandal on the other hand emerged as the best dancer of the episode where his hop hop number got the judges raving about him! Priya Kumar performed a sizzling act to the tunes of Deepika Padukone's Lovely. Anuradha Iyengar on the other hand was made an impact with her highly emotional performance to the song Chunar from ABCD 2. Sahil Adananya stood out with his contemporary number on song Sukoon Mila and Anita set the stage on fire with her Ganesha Tandav!

Ballet queen Shruti Sinha pulled off a rather unique stint with a combination of her ballet skills and garba as she swung to the tunes of Shubh Aarambh. Her act was followed by Nirmal who floored the judges with his aerial act on song Hum Chalein from Piku. He was later ragged and teased with contestant Proneeta Swargiary. Awww!

So the show started with the usual craziness of the judges and soon Manish Paul, who provided with all the entertainment, went missing from action. The entire episode was hosted and judged by Shahid Kapoor. Of course we missed Manish Paul, but Shahid kept it entertaining and quite funky.

The evening began with Subhreet Kaur Ghumman's bhagda performance, which started with a bang and put everyone in the party mode. Shahid praised her in Punjabi just like she wished. Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi's Radhika Madan gave a dhasu performance, but somehow we expected more from her. Even the judges thought so and all of them claimed that her choreographer needs to ideate better. We agree!

Mohit Malik gave a fabulous performance. Apparently, Mohit's wife Additi has a big hand in all his performances being perfect along with his choreographer Marischa. Faisal Khan and his partner Vaishnavi stunned the judges with their lifts, transitions, lip syncing and flawless dancing. At such a young age they really danced to impress. Shahid declared them the best performer of the day.

Scarlett Wilson was saved from the danger zone and she gave an interesting episode. Lauren Gottlieb revealed that Scarlett is just a gifted dancer; she has never had professional training in it. Last night, Sangram Singh signed a death contract for Commonwealth wrestling championship Port Elizabeth, which implied that his organisers would not be responsible for any injuries during the match. It was a tough fight between the Canadian wrestler Joe Legend and him.

Sangram has sustained several injuries but the sportsman claims that it all seems worth the effort especially since he got to represent the country in such a prestigious wrestling forum. In an interview to a popular daily, Sangram said, “It was the most violent match of my life. My opponent was brutal and adamant.”

Samgram apparently broke Joe's nose twice so that he couldn't get up. But Joe was immobile on top of him, which nearly suffocated him to death. It is indeed a huge win for the country and proud moment for every sportsman who has ever shared the love for wrestling.

Four years back Sangram was severely injuring in a similar match where he has multiple fractures in his nose, jaw and shoulder. He came back into the arena after fully recovering from his injuries and this time he came to win. Very proud! Congratulations Sangram – it's indeed time for him to celebrate.

The much awaited Nach Baliye 7 finale is finally over! The same was held tonight where our finalists entertained the audience with their amazing act . The contenders included Upen Patel- Karishma Tanna, Himmanshoo Malhotra- Amruta Khanvilkar, Mayuresh- Ajisha and Rashami Desai- Nandish Sandhu. We are happy to report that Himmanshoo and Amruta have won the show! The couple not only managed to impress the viewers and judges with their acts but also brought something extra to the table. Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded is one of the biggest celebrity dance reality shows in the country and hence it is essential that the people main that standard.

Shamita Shetty was the first to sizzle the stage today and boy she impressed us. There is no doubt that Shamita is a tough competitor and is here to stay. Every move, lift and step was technically perfect and the whole act was extremely entertaining.

Like we told you earlier, there would be no eliminations this week as it's the party week. Kavita Kaushik, who was in the danger zone went back to her cop avatar and gave a dhasu performance. We agree with Lauren Gottlieb when she says that Kavita is great when she gives power packed performances.

Dipika Kakar completely redeemed herself with this performance. It was a blend of Indian and western dance and the judges commended on her act. Vivian DSena the other big star on this show did the robotic Bollywood performance. Barring a few forgetful moments, we think he did quite decently well. Let's hope his choreographer works a little harder on him.

Indian Idol Junior has been one of the best reality singing competition for kids in the present times The show has excelled in the part, where they offer young guns a chance to be mentored by the best of the best from the music industry. Also, the selection process has been so grilling that only the best out the best singers have come to perform. Watching these young outstanding talents perform onstage is an marvel in itself. It all began with the dhamedaar performance of Sonakshi Sinha who danced to her latest track from the upcoming movie All Is Well—Nach farrate. The performance was scintillating and everyone was brought to their feet in happiness.

The top 10 finalists performed today and that too with none other than musician duo Sachin-Jigar. Srilakshmi Belmannu and Ronita Banerjee were the first to perform. That too they performed on a Sachin-Jigar track, which just made the performance so much better. Their song Suno saibji impressed the judges a lot.

Moving on Ajay Brijwasi and Moti Khan performed ona wonder Atif Aslam song. Their rendition of Jeena jeena from Badlapur gave the judges goosebumps. Then it was Vaishnav Girish and Nithyashree Venkatramanan's chance. Their electrifying performance consisted of a fusion song between Jaise mera tu from Happy Ending and Gulabi from Shuddh Desi Romance. I got in touch with Nach Baliye 7 winners Himmanshoo Malhotra and Amruta Khanvilkar and was taken aback by how honest, cute, adorable, fun and how perfect they were for each other. Of course, Himmanshoo is the more sorted one among the two, but without Amruta's craziness they'd not have survived this long in the relationship. Here are the excerpts from the EXCLUSIVE interview…

How does it feel to finally win Nach Baliye 7?

Himmanshoo: It feels like our prayers have been answered and our hard work has been paid off. We are grateful to all those who prayed and voted for us.

Amruta: It's feels like we are blessed. If his father was here with us now, he'd be dancing more than Himmanshoo. But I am sure he's up there and really proud of us.

Tell us one thing you discovered about each other during the show.

H: I don't think there is anything about each other we didn't know before. We always knew everything but I think we moved one step forward in exploring ourselves and our relationship.

A: On a funny note, I discovered that I don't mind it when he interrupts me or tells me what to do. I realised that he doesn't mind me dominating him when it comes to dancing.

How much has Himmanshoo improved as a dancer in this duration?

We had earlier informed you about the newest supernatural track of Sasural Simar Ka. After a spirit, a nagin and a never-ageing creature, we now have a daayan, Mohini (Pratyusha Bannerjee) on the show. We know that Mohini has come back to kidnap Simar's daughter, Sanjana whom Mohini will kill and sacrifice in a ritual that'll increase her dark powers. But it's not just Sanjana she's going to take; she will also take Prem (Dheeraj Dhoopar) along with her, at least that's what her plan is. However, we doubt if that's really going to happen.

For the time being, Mohini has already scared Sanjana and Anjali enough to keep them in control and is doing everything in her power to stop Simar and Prem's reunion. After leaving her dangerous cat out there to make everyone believe that it's an extremely bad omen, she decides to do some magic on Simar. So just before the pheras, Mohini stands right behind the couple and cuts a piece of Simar's (Deepika Kakar) wedding dress. She then goes to stand far away and starts reciting some mantra.

In the upcoming episode we will see Mohini reciting the mantra while the pheras are on. She ties a knot on the piece of cloth that she has taken out of Simar's dress.
